Jon Bonynge - Broker & Passionate Outdoor Enthusiast

With decades of experience helping buyers and sellers all across western Oregon, Jon Bonynge brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the real estate industry. Since earning his broker’s license in 2001, Jon has been committed to turning his clients' real estate dreams into reality. His deep understanding of both residential and rural properties allows him to expertly guide clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

Before entering real estate, Jon spent 10 years running Crow Valley Forestry, Inc., leading teams on forest labor contracts across the Pacific Northwest. This hands-on experience, combined with his education in Forestry Technology from Chemeketa Community College, provides Jon with a unique perspective on land use, property value, and resource management—critical assets when working with clients seeking homes, farms, or timber properties.

When Jon isn’t immersed in real estate, he devotes time to his other passions—avid gardening and hobby farming. On his Alvadore acreage, Jon and his family tend to pastures, timber, a sprawling vegetable garden, and various fruit trees. His love for working the land is matched only by his enjoyment of tinkering with the 90+ cars he’s owned over the years.

An outdoor enthusiast, Jon enjoys spending time salmon fishing and crabbing along Oregon’s rivers and coastline. Whether he's casting a line or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the region, Jon draws inspiration from the outdoors, which enriches both his personal life and professional approach.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jon is actively involved in his community. He has served as a volunteer coordinator and coach for the Special Olympics of Eugene/Springfield, a volunteer chaperone for Trips Inc., an all-inclusive special needs travel agency, and a job coach for Oregon Supported Living.

Jon’s decades of experience in real estate, coupled with his diverse background in forestry, farming, and community service, enable him to provide exceptional service and insight to his clients.
