Due to Covid, and other difficulties we were having, it was a very difficult move for us from Monterey California to Veneta. Lisanne was there all the way helping us with every detail that arose.Lisanne and Tosh Dickenson were there all the way and went above and beyond in order to help us get our lovely home in Veneta. Lisanne arranged deep cleaning of our home and carpet cleaning before we arrived. She also made a beautiful plaque and flowers which she placed on our door before we arrived at our house. The plaque and flowers were actually stolen not say enough and Lisanne actually found out who did it,they were returned the next day! This Family run business was so easy to deal with. Tosh helped us get into a great house in a time where that's difficult for anyone, even those spending astronomical amounts over asking price to buy a house . One thing I really liked was I could ask point blank questions and get point blank honest answers and he wasn't afraid to lean on the lenders and sellers agents to make sure progress is being made. I know its common in real estate for agents to work around your schedule but Tosh, Lisanne and Cheyenne take it to the next level, they will work together to meet with each others clients and help each other out, whatever needs to be done.

My wife and I were very fortunate to be put in contact with Lisanne Dickenson. After months of searching on our own it didn't look like we were going to find a suitable home. We were very pleased with Lisanne Dickenson and her team at Willamette Properties Group. Lisanne was able to help us sell our home in Junction City. Three weeks later, our house went under contract. Few months later, we decided to have her to list our vacant lot that was on market for a year with other realtor. One month later, we got the full offer with full cash! We had to relocate to Oregon to take care of family and after weeks of searching for a rental we were desperate and tired of staying in hotels and AirBnB. I called, we spoke by phone, we had a meeting in Tosh's office, and we had an offer written and delivered all in less than 24 hours. Yes, this may be unusually fast, even when the market is hot. But that efficiency alone is not the reason I write this today. In fact, let's go back to that meeting in Tosh's office. Now, I don't know a lot, but I do know an honest professional who asks all the right questions when I see one. Tosh's experience was apparent right away. His personable nature and genuine kindness brought all that to bear in the most easy going way. Well, we missed that first deal. Did I mention we were in a hot market at the time? Sometimes 24 hours isn't even fast enough. But the right property always seems to come along at the right time. Isn't that how it goes? We closed on that one instead. When settling price and terms, Tosh negotiated firmly and fairly. He brought all to an agreement, finding negotiating points that someone of lesser skill, integrity, and experience could have easily missed. He is a top negotiator in my book. Hiring a realtor is a very personal decision. I recommend adding Tosh to those that you call when you are ready to begin working with a Realtor.
